My goal in creating this site was to distribute to HHAs and their advocates the data I had uncovered through CMS cost report research. I believe that this data is the key to countering the positions taken by CMS in the proposed and final rules and MedPAC in its reports to congress. It is the same data they both use, they can't refute its origin or suitability toward this purpose.
